Auckland, Last Night.
I J. A. Wilßon is floating a Sulphur Company in Melbourne, with a capital of £30,000. The Bank of New Zealand received to-day 10,000 ounces of gold from Coromandel, chiefly from the Tiki. Mr Commissioner Tole held a sale of rural lands to-day. The following lots were disposed of at upset prices : — Raglan County, Pariah of Pirongia, lot 168, 45 acres, £33 15s, J. Dunn ; lots 208 and 209, 97 acres 2 roods 15 perches, £73, R. J. Gillies; lots 218 and 219, 72 acres 3 roods 30 perches, £54 15s, S. J. Fortune ; lots 206 and 207, 96 acres, £72, R. J. Gillies ; lots 217 and 220, 96 acres 33 perches, £72, J. Fortune ; lots 253 and 259, 100 acres, £76, D. Finlayson ; lot 263, 49 acres, £38, D. Finlayson.
