No entries will bo received for any of the raoes except ou this condition : " That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Protests to be accompanied with one sovereign, whioh will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained."
