The Claimant's Case. London, March 11.
The Houro of Lords has dismissed the appeal made on behalf of the convict Thomas Caatro, alias Arthur Orton, against the judgment of the the Court of Appeal in Juno lftHt in discharging the writ of error, in which it was sought to prove aguinst the decision of tho Court of Queen's Bench in 1874 in awarding two successive sentences of the indictment for perjury.
