Bradlaugh's Case. London, March 11
A Divisional Court at Westminster has disallowed Bradluugh's demurrer to plaintifl, in reply to his plea in the action Clark versus Bradlaugh, to recover penalties of £500 each from the defendant for sitting and voting in the House of Commons, without having first taken the oaths prescribed by the Act of 1866.
