PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. THE REGISTRATION OF ALL dogs over Six Months old within the County of Waikato will be commenced on the 2nd day of January, 1881. TyEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. Native Coal and Coke. Railway Department, Wellington, December 13, 1880. Separate Written Tenders will be re* ceived until Noon of SATURDAY, the 15th January, 1861, for the Supply and Delivery of Coal and Coke. They must be addressed to the General Manager of New Zealand Railways, Wellington, and marked outside, " Tonder for Coal." Specifications can be seen, and forms of Tender obtained at the Offices of the Railway Managers, at Auckland, Whangarei, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Nelson, Picton, Greymouth, Westport, Christohurch, and Dun* edin. Telegraphic Tenders will be received, if presented at any Telegraph Office by Noon of the same date, provided that Written Tenders in due form are lodged at a Railway Manager's Office by the same hour. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. To the Ratepayers, Kirikiriroa Highway District. YOU are hereby publicly notified that the Road Board Trustees intend to STOP the undermentioned ROADS in accordance with provision contained in "The Public Works Act, 1880," and by agreement with owners take other hinds in exchange for the purpose of making new roads in lieu of those stopped, viz — Ist ' A road containing acres, 1 rood, 29 perches, bounded on the North-M r est and terminating at the boundary line of lots 35 and 36, the property of Mr Matthew Walsh, parish of Kirikiriroa. 2nd A road containing 1 acre, 1 rood, 9 perches, passing through lot 122, hospital reserve, and also 2 acres 17 perches, passing through lots 121 and 120, the property of Mr Nichol, parish of Komokorau. 3rd A road containing 2 acres, 1 rood 17 perches, passing through lot 209, and also 1 acre 2 loods, through lot 217, the property of Mr Lovell, parish of Komokorau. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. To the Ratepayers, Kirikiriroa Highway District. YOU are publicly notified that the Road Board Trustees have resolved to stop two roads on the property of F. R. Claude, Esq., herehumder described, viz : — 1. A road containing 1 acre, 2 roods, 15 perches, situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa, commencing at the northwesternmost comer of lot 215, bounded generally northeasterly by lines 640 and 1000 links respectively : Thence generally southwesterly by a public road, 132 links and by lines 868 and 869 links respectively, thence northerly by a public road to commencing point 124 links or thereabouts. 2. A road containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 14 perches, more or less situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa commencing at a point distant from the southeasternmost angle of lot 223, 369 links, oounded southeasterly by a line 102 links; thence southwesterly by a line 5382 links ; thence northeasterly by a public road 120 links; thence northwesterly by a line to commencing point 5305 links or thereabouts. KIRIKIRIROA HIGHWAY DISTRICT. A MEETING of Ratepayers of the above distriot will be held at the Royal Hotel, Hamilton East, on Saturday, the 15th day of January, 1881, at 3 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering and deciding upon a proposal to stop two roads running through the property of Mr F.
