A merchant (agent for dayman and Shuttlerworth.well-known agricultural implement makers, England), against whom proceedings were taken, for passing false invoices paid a fine of£looo to Customs. In the Supreme Court to-day the question of costs, arrising out of an injunction applied for to restrain a circus from being erected in Albert Park.
