The Hamilton Railway Station is within one mile, and Steamers pass the farm daily, calling when required. The Mill, which is water power, is in fill working order, and a really good business has been established. There are fifty acres of good land with a dwellliouse. The Property is two miles from Hamilton, on the Main South Road, and is leased for about four yeirs from date at an annual rental of £64.
