Runaway. A horse driven by Mr J. Hougliton this afternoon bolted iv Victoria-street, and ran into Mr Webber's fence, shooting the occupants into the garden, "whsre they landed unhurt.
Cambridge Farmers' Club. The Farmers' Club meeting takes place to-morrow, at 2 o'clock.
Auckland, Last Night. The Railway employes have resolved' to memoraliae Mr Lawson to be placed on the same scale as South.
The Thames Railway. A deputation waited on the Hon. Mr Whitaker to-day to ask for the expenditure of €16,000 voted for the continuation of the Thames Railway, and a portion of the £75,00 C voted for the unemployed. Mr Whitaker promised to refer the question to the Minister for Public Works
