AFFAIRS IN AFFGHANISTAN. Calcutta, February 23.
Advices have been recieved from Cabul stating that General Roberts has offered to hold a conference with Mahomed Jan and other insurgents, for the purpose of discussing the position of affairs in Affghanistan, and the question of the future rulership of that country.
