Lord Beaconsfield and Lord Salisbury (not Lord Lyons) are to represent England. LONDON. June 4 The Chancellor of the Exchequer, m presenting to the House of Commons the diplomatic correspondence on the subject of the Congress, said that the British Government had accepted the German invitation to attend the European Congress, free discussion of the San Stefano Treaty being permitted, and the acceptance being conditional upon tho other Powers accepting the invitation.
