In the event of election to the position, you may depend upon my exercising my abilities to further the interests of the stttlers in the districts of Waipa and Waikato. Their interests art nearly, if not quite, identical. I should not have appeared so late in the field had I not believed that Mr Andrew Kay intended coming to the poll.
