TN pursuance of " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1870," I, William Gilbeit Mair, Esq , Returning Officer for tho Electoral District of Waipa, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date tho 3rd day of October, 1873, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for tbe return of two qualified perrons to serve as Members of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Court House, Ngaruawahia, at noon, on tho ISth day of November, 1873, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken on the 22nd day of November, 1873.
