Wm, Russell for £6 Os lid. 'Ordered to pay the amount forthwith, ini default 7 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of £2 per month. —Breaches of Motor Regulations.— Frederick G. Collis was charged with riding a motor cycle without lights oil the Wild Bush road, and with having no warrant of fjtness. Defendant wrote pleading guilty to both charges. Convicted and fined £1 and costs on the first charge and 10s and costs on the second charge. Henry Wm. Witsey was charged with having no lights on a motor. vehicle on Ist of July.
