Bailey v. W. Russell for 17s, costs 10s; Thomson Bros. v. D. Ferrier for £l'lßs 4d, costs 11s; Thomson Bros. v. W. Russell for £4 16s 6d, costs 25/6. —Judgment Summons.— Q.S. Stores v. Wm, Russell for £6 Os lid. 'Ordered to pay the amount forthwith, ini default 7 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of £2 per month. —Breaches of Motor Regulations.— Frederick G. Collis was charged with riding a motor cycle without lights oil the Wild Bush road, and with having no warrant of fjtness. Defendant wrote pleading guilty to both charges. Convicted and fined £1 and costs on the first charge and 10s and costs on the second charge. Henry Wm. Witsey was charged with having no lights on a motor. vehicle on Ist of July. Convicted and fined £1 and costs., ;■-* > —Breathes of Licensing Act.— G. W. Moir, G. Can-, M. Dowling "and G. E. Dowling were charged with being found on licensed premises at Tuatapere on 25th. June. ‘They were each fined £1 and costs 10s.
