METHODIST GARDENING CLUB
ANNUAL DISPLAY. Tlie .fifth annual display of the Riverton Methodist Gardening Club wag held in Fleck’s Hall on Thursday afternoon. The unfavourable weather kept many supporters of the Club away. The entries were very satisfactory, and the blooms in some instances were excellent. In officially opening the show 'His Worship the Mayor (Dr N. G. Trotter) referred to the good work of tjie Society. The niiiin object was to interest the younger generation, and he congratulated Lhe school children on their display. PRIZE LIST.
