PRESBYTERIAN BIBLE CLASS RALLY.

On Labour Day a Bible Class Rally was held at Riverton, a large number of Bible Class members attending from all parts of the Western District. The morning service was conducted by the Rev Mr Campbell, of Nightcaps, and the Rev Mr Gardner, of Wiuton, gave the address. After the service all adjourned to the Sunday School Hall for lunch.

Sports were held in the afternoon on the recreation ground, the Western District Bible Class executive having given a Cup to be presented to the Bible Class with the most points to its credit.

During the tea interval in th 6 Sunday School Hall the Cup was presented to the winning Class, Riverton, the home team winning by ten points from the runners-up. Waianiwa. Miss Kennedy, of Tuatapere, conducted tli e evening service, while the Rev Mr A. Climie, of Orepuki, gave the address.

A very enjoyable social wag held in the evening in th e Sunday School Hall, there being a large attendance of Bible Class members. The social finished at half-past- ten with Auld Lang Sync. The following are the results of the sports:—
