OTIC K is hereby given that it. ia proposed to stop tho following roads in Waiau District and open others in lieu thereof, viz., 1. Tho road, two chains wide, extending through section 7, Waiau Dis trict, beginning at North-east corner of section 313, Waiau District, and extending in a south-easterly direction, a distance of 3522 links, thence in a southerly direction a distance o 6891 links, more or loss The road, one chain wide, coromenc ing at two chain road in section 7, Waiau District, and extending in an easterly and north-easterly direction a distance of 13,033 links, more or loss. 3. Tho road forming the northern boundary of sections 23 and 21, Waiau District, and extending in a northwesterly direction though section 8 Waiau District, a distance of 41,258 links. Said roads proposed to bo stopped being coloured green and tho roads to bo opened coloured rod on plans prepared for the Wallace County Council, and open for inspection at the otlicu of the said Council, Riverton, for a period of Eight AVecks from date hereof. 4. It is also proposed to stop tho road tho road through section 13, block II Aparima Hundred. Plan of this road proposed to be stopped will be open for inspection at Wallace County Office, Riverton, for Eight Weeks from date hereof. Dated this sth day of June, 1891. JAS. TT is hereby notified that the foes for Publican s and Accommodation Licenses in Wallace County must be paid to me within 14 days after the granting- of the certificate by Licensing Committee. Section 70 of the Licensing Act, 1881 provides—“ Every certificate shall ho void unless tho sum required to bo paid for the License thereby authorised be paid to the proper officer entitled to receive tho same within 1 1 days after the granting of such certificate.” JAS.
