OROPOSAL to raise a Loan under t: The * Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for Orcpuki Riding' of Wallace County. 1. —The work to be undertaken is the construction of a road from Riverton to Colac Bay. 2. —lt is proposed to borrow for this work £2OOO. 3. —The amount to be set apart each year towards paying off the loan is £IOO. 4.—lt is proposed to make a special rate of five-eighths of a penny in the pound annually for twenty-six years (or such smaller rate as shall be found sufficient) to pay off the proposed loan.
