V (Imputation from the Invercargill Chamber of Commerce interviewed Mr Maxwell on Tuesday relative to the railway rates charged on cornsacks. Thirty cwt. represents about 5 bales, and any quantity less than 5 halos is rated as Class D. Class D is on an average about twice the rate of Class E.
