The Dunedin Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced. All entries and accept-vice* mu«t be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, description, ptvHgrefl, and age of horse, and colors to be worn by the jookey. A penalty will be enforced for riding in other than proper oostum:*. In event of less than three nominations being received tor any race, such race to be declared void. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whoever they may appoint.
