The Dunedin Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced. All entries and accept-vice* mu«t be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, description, ptvHgrefl, and age of horse, and colors to be worn by the jookey. A penalty will be enforced for riding in other than proper oostum:*. In event of less than three nominations being received tor any race, such race to be declared void.
