In the matter of the Waicola, Linton and Waiau Yalley Railway Company, Limited, and the “ Railway Construction and Land Act, 1881,’ and amendments. is hereby given that the Waicola, Linton, and Waiau Yalley Railway Company, Limited, propose to construct a Railway, under the provisions of the 'ab ove mentioned Act, from the Waicola Station on the Otautau and Nightcaps Railway, in the Provincial district of Southland, to a terminus in Section 20, Waiau district, in the Provincial district aforesaid; and that the said Company have, pursuant to the provisions of the said Acf, deposited at the place undermentioned (I.) A plan on which is set forth the middle line and direction of the said proposed Ri.ilway ; and (2.) a Book of Reference describing the same, showing the lands required to ho taken for the said proposed Railway, and the name of the owners and occupiers such land so far as they can be ascertained.
