TELEGRAPH POLES nnENDERS will be received to the 31st pf January, for the supply and delivery of three hundred and twenty (320), more or less, telegraph poles for a line of telegraph to be constructed from the nearest point of the Riverton telegraph line to Otautau. Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit equal to five .(5) per cent, of the total amount of tender. Such deposit in the case of the tender accepted will he retained as security for the proper performance of contract.
