CRICKET MATCH.
The return match between the Riverton and Invercargill Juvenile Good Templar Lodges took place at Riverton on Thursday. The Riverton team were victorious in one innings, they having made 17 runs against 63 in both innings by the Invercargill team. It is but right to state, however, that two of the be t players of tho latter team were not present, and in consequence only nine played on each side. At tho first match, at Invercargill, on Christmas Day, tho Riverton Club suffered a crushing defeat in one innings. Confident, however, that on their own ground they would be able to give a much better account of themselves, they challenged the victorious tearaj to try conclusions with them, with the result as stated.
