Blocks 1 and 2, Aparima Hundred, the said; portions proposed to be stopped being coloured green on a plan prepared for the Aparima Road; Board in terms of the above mentioned Act,.and; open for public inspection at the store of Mr J.. L. M'Donald, Riverton, for a. period of twelveweeks from date hereof; and notice is hereby further given that it is proposed to open in lieu; of the roads before mentioned certain road lines; in the aforesaid, blocks marked A, B, 0, D, 8,, E, with, bearings and distances as laid off on. aforesaid plans and coloured orauge thereon. A LL persons who have made adihth, bank, or,or other obstruction,to truffle on any district road in the Aparima Road District (where thereis not a. swing, gate),, or have obstructed any water course, are hereby required to remove; the obetructiou without delay Persons who. have so. injured, or may so, injure any. district, road are liable to a penalty not exceeding £10; or every day such obstruction, is suffered to. continue, and also a. sum equal to the coat of' removing the obstruction and repairing the. injury done. Also, where gorse is spreading on road, lines,, the persons in possession of the adjoining landsare hereby required to trim, their gorse fences, and remove the gorse off the road linos adjoining; their gorse fences.
