THE Creditors of William Pearce Shildricb, late of Riverton, in the County of Wallace and Colony of New Zealand, settler, who died on or about the twelfth day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy are on or before Monday, the fifth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight, to send by post (prepaid) to Mr James Harvey, of Esk-street, Invercargill, in the County of South, land, in the colony aforesaid, the Solicitor of the defendant Daniel Shea Lawlor, the Executor of the deceased, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars o* their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or, in default, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of said decree. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before me at the Supreme Court offices, situated in Dee street, Invercargill, on Monday, tho nineteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight at twelve of the dock noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims.
