Sleeping rooms should bo'selected hi such parts of the house as have the most benefit from the rays of the sun. The bed and bedclothes should be thoroughly aired and left in the sun as long as .possible every day. Many of the sleeping rooms in our hotels are so situated as never to feel the influence of the sun's [rays, and those who occupy such rooms for any length of ( time arc simply committing suicide.—Exchange.
