IMPROVEMENI WANTED.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— Will you kindly grant me a small space in your valuable and widely circulated journal to make a few remarks in reference to that nice “ornament,” at the top end of Palmcrstonstreet. It seems to me a very strange occurrence that our worthy and vigilant town clerk, when on his rambles around the town in scare!) for stray cattle, perambulators, and such like, has never notice;! the above mentioned nuisance. If he has not, I shall to the best of my ability make an attempt to describe it. It consists of a clo 1, o small hill of sand, situated between the main road lino and a bye-road, and I really think it* would bo the ere lit of the town of Riverton, if steps were taken to remove the same.—l am. Incognito.
