Since her last visit here the Wallabi has been entirely overhauled and repainted, and presents quite a smart appearance: She took her departure for Dunedin, via Bluff Harbour, on Monday’s tide. Dr. Monckton’s schooner, the Mabel Jane, left the Now River on Sunday afternoon, and made a smart run of two hours and a half to the Aparima bar. It was low water on arrival, and a subsequent mist prevented her from entering on be r arrival. During the late gale she has ridden at the anchorage outside the bar. She has since entered the river.
