She is now undergoing a thorough cleaning and overhaul, repainting, '&c. When this is completed 'she will sail on a cruise for sperm whale. Mr. Printz was unable to find a purchaser for the elephant oil the Sarah Pile brought up from the Macquarrie’s, in Southland, and fresh plant not being procurable, he took her round to Dunedin where he sold the oil at £24 per ton.
