NORTH-WESTERLY WINDS (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The general inference is that though still high to the north and north-east pressure has fallen considerably over the New Zealand area since yesterday. A depression is developing, apparently over the Tasman Sea. The forecast is for moderate north-westerly winds; weather, fair to fine and warm; seas, smooth to moderate.
