There was a medium-sized yarding of cattle and a small enltlry of sheep at the Waipukurau stock sale to-day., The cattle, comprising chiefly stores, sold at ruffing rates. Fat Cattle Pen of 11 P.A.-Hereford cows, medium condition, made £4 16s; prime P.A. cow passed aid £5 15s; w ell-finish- ’ ed SQiiortihorin cow passed at £4; 7 medium P.A.-Hereford cows made £4 14s; prime Jersey cow £4;. heavy Jersey bullock £7; light Jersey cow £3 17s.
