SOUTHERLY WINDS (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The general inference is that a secondary depression developed over the Dominion last night, 'and is approaching now, moving eastward. A rather intense anti-cyclone is coming from the Tasman Sea. The forecast is for strong southerly winds; weather, cold and changeable, with passing showers; seas rough, with a heavy southerly swell.
