PRICES TENDING FIRM
ANIMATED LONDON SALE
By Telegraph —Copyright—Press Assn. LONDON, Nov. 22. At the wool sales 9749 bales were offered, including 4 572 New Zealand, About 7950 bales of Australian and New Zealand wool were sold to mated general competition, all prices tending firmer. Quotations: —
New Zealand greasy merino, cot 15d; scoured, “Dustan Downs,” 24id; greasy halfbred cot, top price 14 Id, average 13 1-4 d.
