FINE AND COLD (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. A depression is located east of the Dominion, but an intense anti-cyclone now covers the whole of the Tasman Sea. The forecast is for moderate to strong, but gradually decreasing south-west winds; some scattered showers in high country, but weather otherwise fine and cold; seas rather rough off shore.
