FOUNDER IN NEW ZEALAND ENGAGED IN RECRUITING (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Founder of the Legion of Frontiersmen in 1908 and veteran of many wars, Captain Roger Pocock arrived by the Mara ma from Sydney to-day to spend a month in the Dominion. He is on a recruiting tour and states that he has succeeded in creating great interest in the movement in South Africa and Australia.
