TO-DAY'S RECIPE
COCONUT ROCKS. Half a pound of desiccated coconut, 6oz sugar, 2oz cornflour, and the whites of two large eggs. Put the coconut into a bowl with the cornflour and sugar and mix in the beaten white of the eggs until a stiff paste is obtained. Form into little rocks, place them on a greased tin and bake in a slow oven.
