SCOTLAND AND WALES DOMINION STATUS WANTED LONDON. May 1. The Daily Mail says that the Scottish and Welsh Nationalist Parties met. at Liverpool and drew up a joint declaration, of which copies were sent to the King, the Prime Minister (Mr J. R. MacDonald) and the Dominion Prime Ministers, claiming Dominion status for Scotland and Wales.
