AN ANTI-CYCLONE MODERATE WINDS AND FINE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The general inference is that an an-ti-cyclone of considerable intensity covers the north Tasman Sea, and the northern area of New Zealand. A series of slight westerly depressions is passing in the south. The forecast is for moderate south-east to north-west winds; weather fine and mild: seas smooth to moderate.
