NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD IN THE MATTER of the Napier Harbour Board Loan Act, 1933 ' (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and the Acts thereby applied, — and — IN THE MATTER of the proposal of the Napier Harbour Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) to borrow the sum of £335,000 as authorised by the said Act. I IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, that the POLL OF THE RATEPAYERS of the Napier Harbour Rating District to obtain the consent of the said Ratepayers to the proposal of the Board to raise the Special Loan of £335,000 authorised by the said Act WILL BE TAKEN on the 19TH.
