NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD IN THE MATTER of the Napier Harbour Board Loan Act, 1933 ' (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and the Acts thereby applied, — and — IN THE MATTER of the proposal of the Napier Harbour Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) to borrow the sum of £335,000 as authorised by the said Act. The Poll will commence at each of the Polling-Booths at nine o’clock in the forenoon of the day appointed for the taking of the Poll, and will close at six o’clock in the afternoon of the same day.
