IN PRINTING INDUSTRY APPEAL FOR TEAM SPIRIT (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Saturday. Addressing the annual conference of the Federation of Master Printers, the president, Mr A. Dennison (Auckland), said that, owing, to the difficult times the volume of customers’ requirements had seen a considerable reduction, and the printing industry had become involved in >an era of unprecedented cutting, despite the obvious fact that debased prices did not promote increased requirements. r Only by the determined action of men resolved to see that just reward was obtained in return for the use of brains, labour and capital were economic prices likely to return.
