ANXIETY FELT
For Safety Of Trampers MISSING FROM LEVIN SEARCH PARTIES 'ARRANGED (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Some anxiety is being felt for the well-being' of four trampers who set out from Levin to cross the Tararuas to Carterton and have not since reported since they left Te Matawai Hut, about five hours from Levin, on Saturday. The party consists of Miss M. Williams (Wanganui), W. Sutch (Palmerston North), and A. O’Keefe (Wellington). Search parties arc being arranged to go out from Palmerston North and Wellington this afternoon and evening.
