CHAMPIONSHIP FIXTURE RECORD NOMINATIONS Mr D. Ncwbigin presided, over a meeting of the executive of the 11.8. Boxing Association held in Hastings on Monday night, when preliminary arrangements wore made for the Hawke’s Bay amateur championships to be hold in the Hastings Drill Hall on Monday night next. It was decided to meet the executive of the Napier Association to-morrow night for the purpose of drawing up a programme in connection with the competition for the Trcston Shield. The secretary reported that 37 nominations had been received for the championships, and it was decided that the contests be over three two-m’nute rounds, the finals to be three threeminute rounds. This does not refer to the flyweight section, the final of which will be three twos. The nominations are: — Flyweight, Sst.: Al Stock, J. G'rccn, J. Davies, O. Jones, A. Willis.
