A message from Atlantic City, New Jersey, states that a world peace programme, advocating a new settlement of war debts, revision of the Versailles Treaty, drastic disarmament, and abolition of compulsory military training in colleges, was ratified yesterday by the Alethodist General Conference of the United States.
