AIT. HERBERT CLUB The ladies of the Alt. Herbert Club will play the first round of the Witherow Cup on AVednesday and Saturday of this week. THE TAKAPAU CLUB The Takapau Golf Club's annual tournament has been fixed for Friday and Saturday, August 2 6 and 27. LADIES’ COMPETITION The ladies’ weekly competition medal play was won by Aliss Kathleen AVhite and the trophy for the match was presented by Airs. G. R. Davies. AVAIPAAVA PLAY A medal round was played by members of the golf club on Saturday afternoon for handicapping purposes, the best cards being as follow:—B. AVilliams 76, Alinogue 79, Shackleford 78, F.
