Tobacco is not injurious, be it known, unless it contains (as the imported brands often do), too high a percentage of nicotine. Then it may be deadly. The tobacco containing the smallest quantity of nicotine is the New Zealand. In fact, it is so small that it is negligible. Of course that makes it safe, to smoke.
