“NEGOTIATOR” CONFESSES A CAMPAIGN OF DECEIT VANCOUVER, May 17. A Hopcw’ell message states that Colonel Norman. Schwarzkoff, superintendent of State Police, announced that John Hughes Curtis, one of the Norfolk negotiators in tne Lindbergh cse, had written a complete confession. All the people with whom hnA. told of negotiating and all the boats on w’hich he said he had met them were creations of his own imagination.
