PENALTY OF GREATNESS
WARNING OF DEATH THREATS TO FRENCH PRESIDENT t PARIS, May 17. The new President of France, M. Albert Lebrun, has received several threatening letters, according to the newspaper “La Liberte.” One warns him that he is likely to share the fate of his predecessor.
The threats are officially regarded as coming from a lunatic, but elaborate measures have been taken to ensure the President’s safety.
