Page, S.M. the senior-sergeant stated that two constables saw accused rush at Darning, in Courtenay Place, and strike him several blows. Besides being injured, Durning had a set of false teeth broken. The magistrate that halt the fine should be paid to Durning toward repairing the set of teeth.
