CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.
The Christchurch Trani Tribunal’s decision says that the Board shall employ up to 60 of the new men. and complete its normal staff by selection from members now on strike. Charges of victimisation are held to be disproved. The Board accepts the finding.
THE BOARD’S ACCEPTANCE
BUT UNION NOT DECIDED
The Tramway Board has accepted the tribunal’s decision, but the Union is still considering it.

A week-end has passed almost without incident. The service ceased on Saturday evening early, the last trains leaving the city at 5.45 p.m., and there was no service to-day.
There was no repetition this week of last Saturday’s demonstration at tho football matches.
