BUREAU STORMED
BY NEWCASTLE UNEMPLOYED . COMPLETE CHARGE TAKEN SYDNEY, Last Night. An ugly scene occurred at the Newcastle Labour Bureau to-day. Two hundred unemployed, including several women, stormed the office and took complete charge, smashing the equipment and telephone. The police tactfully handled the situation and persuaded the demonstrators to leave upon receiving a promise that their complaints would be investigated.
