The number and kinds of game which may be taken by any one person in any one day, is as follows: — Five Cock Pheasants, 2 0 Californian quail, 10 Australian quail, 5 Mallard duck, and 2 5 head in all of Grey duck, widgeon and black swan, provided that not more than 15 grey duck may be taken or killed by any one person in any one day. Native pigeons, Paradise ducks and Pukeko are protected. A license fee of ONE POUND will be charged to shoot both Native and imported game, and licenses may be obtained from the Secretary, or from the undermentioned Agents of the Society. j
